The momentum to revitalize downtown Waterville reached a major milestone with the opening of the Paul J. Schupf Art Center in December 2022. Developed in partnership by Colby College and Waterville Creates, Schupf Arts marks the completion of the initial strategy to support the city’s resurgence.
