December 17 | Waterville’s Newest Artful Addition

The momentum to revitalize downtown Waterville reached a major milestone with the opening of the Paul J. Schupf Art Center in December 2022. Developed in partnership by Colby College and Waterville Creates, Schupf Arts marks the completion of the initial strategy to support the city’s resurgence.

January 2023 | What Will It Be? 4 Design Submissions for Portland Museum of Art’s Next Building

The Portland Museum of Art (PMA) is beloved and known by many Mainers, not just in Portland, but across the state. Due to its popularity and growth, the PMA is hosting a design competition for a new building that is centered in inclusivity and making every person on its campus feel welcome. So stay tuned to see the innovative, creative, and architecturally significant new building.

February 10 | Sustainability from the Pros

passivhausMAINE’s forum will be held on February 10th this year, in Freeport at the historic Harraseeket Inn. The forum’s three tracks include Retrofits, Addressing the Housing Crisis without breaking the Carbon Bank, and a series of workshops: a Training Sampler of phME’s newly developed trainings.
