One hour kayaking (Tuesdays) and stand-up paddle boarding (Thursdays) excursions depart from East End Beach; paddle for free with either a Portland Paddle membership or your own watercraft, or rent a vessel for $30. (Renters, be sure to make a reservation in advance!)
