The NOW: DM Design Awards 2021

Submit your project to the 2nd annual Decor Maine Design Awards.

 

From-the-ground-up builds, stunning landscape overhauls, and one-room transformations to the tiniest custom details, we want to see your work. Winning projects will be featured in the December 2021 issue celebrating the most current, fresh, and exciting design across Maine.

 

Open to standout work in the following categories:

Interior Design

Landscape + Masonry

Kitchen

Bath

Tile + Stone

Custom Cabinetry + Woodworking

Flooring

Windows

Lighting

Custom Design Details

Commercial Spaces

Sustainable Design

Submit one project (or a few). To enter, email hello@decormaine.com, subject line “Design Awards Submission,” with the following: 

 

• Project photos (iPhone scouting shots or professional imagery)

• Project location

• 1- or 2-sentence description of the project and why you think it’s worthy of recognition

• The names of those who had a hand in this project (designer, architect, landscaper, builder, craftspeople)

 

Professional photos will be considered for publication; in this case, we will pay photographers a licensing fee. 

Projects that have not been professionally photographed can be submitted with rough scouting shots from your phone. If a project is accepted, we will send a photographer to capture it; you can work directly with the photographer to license usage of these photos.
